Healthy breakfast bars Filled with healthy fruit and seeds, this breakfast will give you energy for the day.


  • 200g oats
  • 100g chopped dates
  • 100g chopped apricots
  • 150g raisins
  • 25g sunflower seeds
  • 25g linseeds
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 tbsp. honey


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix 200g oats with 100g chopped dates, 100g chopped apricots, 150g raisins, 25g sunflower seeds, 20g linseeds, 2 mashed bananas, 1 tbsp. oil and 1 tbsp. honey in a bowl. Pour mixture into lined baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top. Once cooked cut into 12 bars.
