What do you fancy?I would say avoid the nibbles and bread. Avoid the very cheesy creamy things, including risotto which will probably be full of butter. Keep to dishes heavy on tomatoes and veg.Enjoy it!

I would try and stick to something tomato based rather than anything creamy!! Obviously no desserts (no matter how tempting!!!). Have a great night and Good luck for the choices!! Let me know how you get on!!!Mishellypopsxx

I went to Zizzi last night - wish I'd found this before I went  I went for aubergine parmiginana which I knew would be fairly bad (because of the parmesan) but hadn't realised it was worse than some proper pasta! This might be helpful - though is a few years out of date: http://www.mindsuppo...ead.php?t=38777

I went to Zizzi's recently and had the courgettes for starter, really lovely and very PEP friendly.I think it was part of their summer special menu.Pity the pizza I had to follow wasn't so healthy
