Hello Everyone!I was wondering who exercises in their lunch hour and what they do? I walk for about 25 mins and come back to my desk to eat lunch with a face like a ribena-berry!! :cupid: J xx

i sometimes go for a 40min run! i am v lucky cause they have showers here so i can chuck myself under it for an uber quick wash! i know what you mean about the red ribena face!

Walk for me too - just have 1/2 an hour but usually go for a 15 min brisk walk - clears the head as well as being good for me!Struggling this week, have not been very good - tomorrow will tell.

Hello Loser,Maybe you will be surprised! I was a bit disappointed when I STS this week - I am hoping for a better results next week. BUT this is a lifelong change and I expect the odd 'blip' we are all human after all! I am hoping that the walking will pay dived ends as well, might have to up the pace a bit :cupid: J x

Thanks for that Jenny Beebbop - I have been swimming and to body pump as well, so hopefully should be okay. Will post my results tomorrow.
