weights should be good for this shell, build muscle and then as ever cardio for fat burningx

yup keeping busy trying to keep out of trouble!starting my training for the moonwalk again this year - convinced myself last year i wanted to do it again this year - now i have to give up my weekends to walking again i am wondering why!

Hey shell, i started body pump a few weeks ago and already notice wee differences in my shape. I've also taken up running, but walking is just as good as a starter!Xxxx

ShellbellBest way to reduce body fat it cardio excercise, so anything that makes you breathless. You just have to keep it up for 30mins and you will burn 350kcal or 14 checks worth of fat !!!Slowly jog 3miles (5K) in 35 mins and you're a winner.Try and keep all food to less than 5% fat. Per 100g is the item is less than 5g fat go ahead, any more stay away.I've lost just under 3 stone since Jan following this principle and over 15 inches so seems to work.Good luckLinda :lipsmacking:
