I thought this was the most appropriate place to post that tonight I am going back to SS :2thumbs: . Got the PEP bug back and just wanted to share a wee tip with you all. At the weekend I tried out skiing for the first time in my life and spent most of my time on my bottom than up on the skis - but had a fantastic time. It's taken me till today to get over the aches and pains and there's muscle buried within the fat that I didn't know I had. Anyway when I came home I decided that enough was enough - and took a few photos of myself different angles - the sight was not good!!! So I am using these pics to spur me on and get this weight off once and for all. Try it and see if it works for you :2thumbs: :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

Thanks everyone - went and was not shocked by the result. Back at square one - but the most important thing is to be back at SS and doing something about it. Won't be this weight next week that's for sure.Have a good day. xxx

HII am new to the online forum so perhaps I haven't posted this message in the right place. I reached my target weight a few months ago and have managed to stay there quite happily since then, however 4 days I seem to have hit the self-destruct button and have ut on 3 & 1/2lbs in 4 days! :mellow: Does anyone have any tips on how to get back on track before I do any more damage?ThanksEilidh
