Hey,Ive ended up with a load of leeks left over from soup making, I was just going to pan fry them in some spray oil and then thought I would try and make them interesting. I washed & chopped up a whole leek into about 2 inch chunks, sprayed the pan, added the leeks, a dash of water, a drop of concentrated chicken stock, rock salt, herbs, garlic clove and lots of black pepper. I cooked them down, added in a dash of white wine, let that cook off a bit and then added one of the wee philly snack pots and stirred in in. came out yummy so thought I would share.2 chx with just philly & I reckon 3-4 chx with the wine added for the whole lot - it was literally a tablespoon for wine. It made 2 portionsx
