Hi All!! Sharon, Skipppy & I put our heads together & by combining the 2 suggestions & Sharon's brainwave, we're now the "Pinky Peppers"This is where I hope to write my daily menus, thoughts & weekly weight-loss. I say "hope" on 2 counts -1] sometimes it's just not possible to get to the computer and.........2] I'm hoping it will be a weight loss!! I really want to get down to my "fighting" weight [fighting fit, that is!!] by mid February as we might be going to see relatives in South Africa. It's a privilege to be joined by Sharon19 & Skippy!Wish us luck!! :grouphug:

Great to have you join us, Avy!! 10 weeks is just going to fly by!! Are you getting all excited? :cloud9: I love the Booster plan - in fact Jean.c & I used to do it regularly [ and if truth be told, I would have lost quite a lot on it IF I didn't "tweak" it to suit myself!!]

Do you know, I've got a Notepad, but I keep on forgetting about it!! Somehow, although I keep it [usually] in the kitchen & use it loads for finding & trying new recipes, I just don't connect it with SS! Why? - ????????? Don't know!!
