I agree with everyone else. I got to my goal weight with ww about 10 years ago and loved the old plan but the new version is not for me. I just joined ss last week and so far am loving the simplicity of it. Hopefully will still be saying that after couple of weigh ins

Hello and WelcomeI did WW for a few months last year and it was the Pro Points system. Granted I did lose weight but to be honest I couldn't be bothered having to work out the points on the calculator. I swear that's why WW meals are so popular, so that you don't have to work out the points as they have it marked on the packaging for you lolXWhen I was deciding to start losing weight again I didn't even give it a second thought and came right back to SS. It is so much easier 1 check = 25 cals so you can work things out in your head at the supermarket. You should give SS a go, it is fab and the forum is excellent too, lots of lovely people on here just waiting to give you good advice.Gill

I had my first weigh in today and lost 3lbs. Is that good for a first week? I know it's better off than on anyway. I am enjoying the plan but worried that I am eating too much. The recipes make great portion sizes.

i have just left ww because i was bored and wasn't really working. got fed up having to count everything and as you say felt constantly hungry. joined scottish slimmers on tuesday evening so fingers crossed this works for me. good luck with whatever you decide but looking at the plan i think it will work and is far better than the ww. fiona

I've joined WW twice since propoints started and like you I'm starving and only lost 1lb after sticking it religiously and not using any weekly propoints! I was going to bed early some nights because I was hungry. I lost a couple of stone before with SS but unfortunately have put most of it back on so thinking of re-joining this week.Tracyxxxx

ive done the ww pro points diet and like whats been said its a mammoth task counting everything and i felt hungry but because of all the adding up it made me feel as though i was on a diet where as with ss you check the calories and work it out at 1 check per 25 cals i just write it down but at least i'm not sat with a calculator i also save a minimum of 8 checks a day for w/ends as we like socialising.easy peasy
