well done Denise!happy to report 1.25 pounds off this week, thats 2.75 pounds so far in march so so just another 2.25 pounds to go till my March target of 5 pounds :cupid:

Thanks everyone!I am judging a big horse show in 3 weeks and MUST fit into my riding jacket! (Have been wearing my fat jacket recently!) 2 weeks ago I was 1.5 inches away from closing it....today I got it on!! yippee and buttoned!! Its tight but it on 3 weeks to trim down and feel comfy in it!x

Hello everyone sorry i have been away, but i havent been doing that great!!!! and i have put weight on!!!! not felt great hence the fact that i have been away, however having said that, i am a little better today and have prepared my food, and hopefully will stay on target :whistle: fingers crossed and positive thoughts :hug: seing from the posts in here you have been doing fab well done everyone, keep up the good work :2thumbs: have a good afternoon everyone :2thumbs:

  • Interests:Hardcore Rock Chick that wants to be slim again. <br /><br />I have a variety of hobbies (though I don't believe looking at my bf in his uniform could be counted as one - as much as I love to do it), I do a lot of Cross Stitch which has a number of positives - it keeps my hands out of the fridge/biscuits, I get a great sense of achievement when I complete one and they make fab prezzies :)<br /><br />Also into gaming - X-box mostly, movies - not chick flicks and music.

I forgot all about this. lolIn the first week of March I lost half lb then I put 3lb on and last week I lost 5lb!So thats a total loss of 2.5lb :DFingers crossed that I don't put anything else on this month

my first weigh in today since coming back from hols, and I am glad to say I have lost 6 and 1/2 lbs. :2thumbs: I think most of it was fluid as my ankles were quite swollen when I came off the plane

:2thumbs: Good morning everyone :2thumbs: Hope you are all well, well done everyone for loosing the weight, that is fantastic :2thumbs: Unfortunately i havent been good hence the fact that i have not been here!!! however i had a good talk to myself and i am drawing a line under it and starting fresh :2thumbs: I have put on 4lbs, but i have been good for the past 2 days, so lets hope by tuesday i would have lost at least 2lbs or even a 1lb will be good :2thumbs: Have a great day everyone happy Saturday :2thumbs:

Hi Safaa, hope things at work are settling a bit. Don't worry about those 4lbs, you know you can get rid of them. I put a shed load of weight on in Jamaica but had a good loss the first week back on plan. I think most of the gain was fluid but it's time to try to get this job finished. I have had a few days where I have been totally off plan and I need to talk to myself to get back into the swing of things and not let temptation win.
