I bought the book online and it arrived yesterday.   I will start it properly next week - looking forward to being able to snack on ham again and make lovely omeletes without them costing me lots of checks!  :D

I follow this plan and find it suits me better than the full PEP. Goodluck

I followed this plan before I went on holiday and I did lose weight each week (on pep I STS a lot of weeks) I am going back low carb plan next week.

I have got the book this week and am thinking about it.  My eldest daughter follows it and loses weight well on it.  She likes not weighing but does check using the app, putting the non count stuff in at 1g.

All sounds really good  :) 

my week runs tues to tues and I got the book on thursday, when I plugged in all my food diaries for the half week I found that I was over the 20 checks every day for the low carb, although well within the normal pep check limit for me.  So I decided to stick with it for the rest of the week and I think I'll try it from next tuesday. Very much looking forward to it and loving the sound of those weight losses ladies :D 

 

Do any of you have any favourite meals or typical days you can share for inspiration? Thank you so much xx

Hi, Do you have to buy the book as an extra to follow this plan please, is it not part of your joining up fee and normal membership if it is being offered as one of SS plans?
