I just came across a recipe on Scottish slimmers website for loaded skins which says this is a NO CHECK meal !
Can I ask if this is correct & if so I can't understand why ,hope someone can help clear this up for me
Thanks x

It is a no check meal on the new Flexislim Plan, because you use your potato as 1 Good Carb from your 3 Good Carbs that you have a day.

On the Classic Checks Plan it is 9 checks.
