We recommend you break your Target Weight in smaller steps of 5% or 10% rather than going for the full amount. (The list of Target Weights shows the percentage weight beside).
When you reach this mini target, go back and set the next step. It's far more motivating than just focusing on a big target which can seem like a daunting prospect.
Note! While it's perfectly okay for you to go back to My Profile > Personal Details and update your weight yourself, this is something the system will do automatically for you from time to time. We monitor how you're getting on from your weekly weigh-ins to see if we need to adjust your Daily Checks Allowance. If this is necessary to keep your progress on track, your allowance will change from the next Sunday.
