I've forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?


It happens to the best of us. On the login screen of both the app and the website, click on Forgot Password.

Enter your email address associated with your account and Send.

If you don't receive an email check your spam folders to make sure it hasn't ended up there. If the email is definitely not there, you can email the Customer Care Team at ask-me@bestyougroup.com
