What's happened to the Every Day Bonus foods?


Every Day Bonus foods haven't gone anywhere, they are still part of Classic Checks.

Foods such as milk, low fat yoghurt and up to 3 portions of fruit (but no more than 1 banana per day) should still be consumed daily and added to your diary. Every Day Bonus foods are zero-check and will not use up your daily allowance.

These will shortly be marked with a EDB tag so that you know that these are EDB foods.
