The holidays are a time for indulgences. So for some of us it can become difficult to keep on track.

Practicing a bit of activity can help you maintain your weight, but there is no need to exhaust yourself with complex and high intensity workouts.

Christmas Chores Giving the house a good clean is a great way to stay active. Attack all the tasks with as much energy as possible - did you know that scrubbing floors or windows and making beds can use as much energy as playing tennis?!

Dance and laugh Try putting on some music during your zoom parties and have a go at dancing in your living room! It can get very fun if everybody in the chat gets involved and it keeps off the couch.

TV Watching We do a lot of watching telly at this time of year. Why not let the adverts come on and walk at least fifty steps around the house at every ad break?

SNOW CHEXERCISE Put more effort into it and earn up to 20 Checks a week to spend on food and drink:

  • Building a snowman (if the whether allows for it) - 5.5 Checks for 30 minutes
  • Shovelling snow - 10 checks for 30 minutes
