Apple & Blackberry Crumble

Method

  • 1. Put the crumbled bread oats and almonds in a bowl and mix well.
  • 2. Roughly chop the unpeeled cored apples into chunks and put in an ovenproof dish.
  • 3. Sprinkle the blackberries over the apples and add the apple juice.
  • 4. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit then drizzle the honey on top.
  • 5. Bake in a preheated oven (200C/gas mark 6) for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
  • 6. Serve immediately with a little creme fraiche or natural yogurt.
