Method

  • 1. Put the fish on a baking sheet.
  • 2. Take the crusts of bread and chop the bread into crumbs add the grated rind and juice of half the limeadd the oil and the chopped coriander.
  • 3. Put the mixture on top of the fish and cook for about 10 or 15 minutes on 200C.
