Balsamic Beef Stew

Method

  • 1. Toss beef in flour fry in a little Fry Light until the meat is sealed and set to one side.
  • 2. Fry the onions and garlic until they are soft.
  • 3. Add the tomato puree and 100ml of stock; simmer for 2-3 minutes return beef to pan.
  • 4. Add the carrot mushrooms red pepper vinegar and Worcester sauce simmer until beef is tender.
  • 5. Season to taste and serve.
