- 1. Mash the bananas and add the eggs sugar and sultanas.
- 2. Mix together well then add the flour and stir well.
- 3. Pour into 900g loaf or cake tin.
- 4. Bake in a pre-heated oven (180 C) for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- 5. Remove from the oven and leave to cool before turning out of tin.
