- 1. In a blender, blitz together 2 of the bananas, eggs, oats, baking powder and salt until combined. But make sure the mixture doesn't get too smooth.
- 2. Coat a frying pan with a little bit of sunflower oil. Then add two separate ladles of batter into the pan, making two round pancakes
- 3. Fry on one side until golden brown and bubbles start to appear on the surface then flip them over. Cook on the other side until golden.
- 4. Serve the pancakes with the banana and drizzle with honey.
