Banana Raisin Muffins

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • 2. Pour sugar baking soda salt and flour into a bowl and stir well to combine all ingredients.
  • 3. Add the oil milk mashed bananas and vanilla and mix just until flour is moistened. Fold in the raisins.
  • 4. Using a non-stick muffin pan or muffin papers fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
  • 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan right away.
