- 1. Spray a large frying pan with Spry heat pan and add beef seal.
- 2. Add carrots celery onion and garlic and cook for 5 mins.
- 3. Add Oxo mixture Guinness parsley thyme salt & pepper and bring to the boil.
- 4. Add to the slow cooker and cook on high for 30minutes. Turn to low and cook until meat is almost tender. (On low this could be 5 - 6 hours)
- 5. Add potatoes and cook for 45 mins. Enjoy!!!
