Method

  • 1. Brown the meat and onions in a large none stick pan.
  • 2. Par boil the vegetables for ten mins and put all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  • 3. Cook on a low heat for approx 4hr or so.
  • 4. Serve either on it's own or with fresh warmed bread (just add extra cals for this).
