Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark
  • 2.
  • 3. Put the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
  • 4. Turn the mixture into a lined tin cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 30 minutes.
  • 5. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
