Cheesy Fish Grills

Method

  • 1. Preheat the grill to high and lightly oil a large shallow flameproof dish.
  • 2. Arrange the fillets skin side down in the dish and brush with a little oil. Grill for 2 minutes.
  • 3. Remove the dish from the grill turn the fish over and top each fillet with a scrunched slice of ham.
  • 4. Mix together the cheese and onions scatter over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Return to the grill for 5 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • 6. Serve with a green salad.
