Cheesy Pork Escalopes

Method

  • 1. Whizz the bread in a liquidiser to make breadcrumbs.
  • 2. Coat pork first in flour next coat in the egg and finally the breadcrumbs.
  • 3. Spray the top of the meat with FryLight.
  • 4. Cook in the oven for half an hour at 180C.
  • 5. Put cheese on top of each escalope put back in the oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.
