Method

  • 1. Place yogurt milk almonds turmeric curry powder and crushed garlic into a bowl and mix well.
  • 2. Finely chop the onions add a little water and microwave until soft.
  • 3. Using a blender puree the onions and coconut together until smooth.
  • 4. Add to the yogurt mix.
  • 5. Add the cooked chopped chicken and heat through.
