- 1. Brown the onions in a Fry Light or a little water.
- 2. Add the chilli powder and stir for a minute then add chicken breasts cut into large sections.
- 3. Fry with chilli powder until coated then add all the other ingredients seasoning to taste.
- 4. Place it in a baking tray in the oven gas mark 5 / 190 C for approx 30-40 mins. Alternatively leave to simmer on the hobThis is great served with rice or new potatoes. Just add the extra calories in separately.
