Chilli Chicken Soup

  • 1. Place a non stick pan over a medium heat and stir fry the chicken pepper and onion until the chicken is cooked and veg are softened.
  • 2. Add sweetcorn tomatoes 100ml water chilli powder cayenne parsley and season.
  • 3. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
