  • 1. Warm a good non stick frying pan and while it's heating beat the egg in a bowl.
  • 2. Dip the bread into the egg mixture and coat both sides.
  • 3. Dry fry both sides of bread in the pan.
  • 4. If you're having mushrooms fry these in another pan with the tomatoes whilst the bread is cooking.
  • 5. Place the bread on a place with the mushrooms and tomatoes on top.
