Method

  • 1. Place everything except the olive oil & beans into a bowl.
  • 2. Blend until reasonably smooth but don't worry about a few lumps.
  • 3. Stir in the drained kidney beans.
  • 4. Make into balls drop into frying pan with a little olive oil and flatten slightly into burger shapes cook about 4 minutes per side
