Fruit Crumble

  • 1. Defrost the fruit in the microwave.
  • 2. Put into a dish and mash together - add no further liquid.
  • 3. Rub the butter into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. Mix sugar into the crumble topping.
  • 4. Put the fruit into a small oval dish and sprinkle the crumble topping on top. Bake in the oven at 190 C or Gas Mark 5 for about 15 - 20 minutes. Any other comments: Delicious with a tablespoon of half fat crème fraiche (add an extra 60 calories per serving). Tip: It is better to make it for a minimum of two people.
