Method

  • 1. Add the lettuce tomatoes cucumber onions olives and basil to your lunch box.
  • 2. Cut cheese into chunks and layer on top of the salad.
  • 3.Mix together the olive oil raspberry vinegar & basil in a small shaker add a couple of twists of black pepper to taste and drizzle over the salad.
