Greek Spring Salad

  • 1. Wash and dry the lettuce onions and dill.
  • 2. Separate the lettuce leaves and add the spring onions (length ways) and dill between them.
  • 3. Roll it all in a cylinder shape place on a chopping board length ways and cut as thinly as possible. You will end up with 'spaghetti' shaped lettuce with the onions and dill nicely chopped as well.
  • 4. Just before serving add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the bowl with the salad and mix well.Any other comments:Very aromatic and simple and goes with everything.
