- 1. Slice potatoes and cook till tender (approx 20 mins).
- 2.Cook leeks in over a medium heat for approx 5 mins or microwave for 2 mins.
- 3. Make cheese sauce as directed on the packet and chop the ham.
- 4. Layer the potatoes ham leeks and then add some cheese sauce. Repeat and top with breadcrumbsThis is really low calorie and goes great with fresh steamed vegetables like broccoli peas and carrots.
