- 1. Preheat oven to 200C Gas Mark
- 3. Chop the sultanas and place in a mixing bowl with the All Bran sweetener orange squash water and carrot.
- 4. Leave to stand for 1 hour.
- 5. Stir in the flour baking powder mixed spice and egg.
- 6. Mix thoroughly and spoon into 6 muffin tins greased with Fry Light or paper muffin cases.
- 7. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes until firm to the touch.
- 8. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
