Hot Chilli Prawns

  • 1. Put all ingredients together and leave the prawns to soak up the flavours. I usually leave it for 30 minutes or so while I am doing everything else.
  • 2. Heat a large frying pan or wok add contents of bowl including all liquid and toss around until prawns are heated through and liquid has bubbled down.
  • 3. Serve with a medium portion of new potatoes mixed salad and 1/4 of an avocado.
