Indian Spiced Potatoes
- 1. Pre-cook potatoes in a pan until tender (approx 20 minutes)s<.br />
- 2. Melt butter in a frying pan and add garlic herbs & spices. Fry on a low heat to release all the flavours
- 3. Add the cooked potatoes and coat with the flavoured butter and saute for 5 minsServe with a selection of dips and salad as an appetiser. You can also add in some green beans for extra crunch.
