Italian Tomato Chicken

Method

  • 1. Fry the onions and garlic for a few mins in the olive oil. Add the chicken and cook through.
  • 2. Season with salt pepper and Italian seasoning.
  • 3. Add the tomatoes puree and water to the pan and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for about 30mins.
  • 4. Serve with white rice or boiled potatoes and veg.
