Method

  • 1. Pour boiling water over cous cous and leave to soak.
  • 2. Mix together the egg vanilla yogurt sweetener lemon juice and lemon peel.
  • 3. Mix in the cous cous and pour the mixture into a greased cake tray.
  • 4. Bake in a preheated oven (180C) for 15 mins.
