- 1. Preheat oven to 190C.
- 2. Mix the sugar, flour, eggs and milk to form a batter.
- 3. Place in a non stick cake tin and bake for approximately 30 minutes until lightly browned on top and a skewer comes out without any mixture on it.
- 4. When it has cooled mix the juice from the lemon with the sugar and spread over the top. Allow to set before cutting into slices.
