Lemon, Prawn & Chorizo Rice Pot
Method
- 1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onion garlic peppers and chilli and cook over a medium heat for approx 3 minutes.
- 2. Add the turmeric and rice stirring well to ensure the rice is coated
- 3. Pour in 500ml boiling water cover and cook for 12 minutes
- 4. Add in the prawns and peas (and any additional water if needed). Stir well.
- 5.Cook for a further minute and stir in the lemon zest juice and serve.
