- 1. Coat the liver in the flour and put in a casserole dish add the remaining flour as well.
- 2. Add the diced onion the tin of chopped tomatoes (including the juice) and pour on 1 pint of beef stock.
- 3. Give it a good stir put the lid on and put in the oven for an hour at about 200 degrees (or gas 6) stirring occasionally.
Really easy to make and very tasty.
