Method
- 1. Add oil and mushrooms to pan cover and cook until the juices run.
- 2. Add garlic and cornflour bring to a simmer.
- 3. Add puree chilli paste red pepper onion spring onion and thyme simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Stir fry egg noodles for 5 minutes and serve with a parsley garnish.
