  • 1. Put the All bran into a bowl and sprinkle in some hot water. Leave for a few minutes to soak up the water.
  • 2. Stir in the porridge oats treacle cinnamon and sweetener and mix well.
  • 3. Beat the egg and mix into the porridge mixture.
  • 4. Line a loaf tin with foil and spray with fry light. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 190C.
  • 5. Leave to cool and cut into 4 slices.
