Pasta With Spicy Sausages
- 1. Cook the pasta and drain well.
- 2. Grill sausages and cut them into bite-size pieces.
- 3. Fry onion and garlic for 3-4 min.
- 4. Add the tinned toms and tomato puree to the pan. Allow to simmer for 4-5 min for the flavours to blend.
- 5. Add sausages herbs and the pasta to the pan and cook for a further 2-3 min until everything is heated through. Serve and enjoy. If using vegetarian sausages add chilli powder for a spicy edge!
