Method

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • 2. Cut each pitta into 8 pieces and lightly spray with Fry Light.
  • 3. Sprinkle the pitta with cumin and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4. Place on a baking sheet and bake until crisp shaking the pan after 10 minutes to ensure they don't stick.
