- 1. Fry the onion carrot beans and potatoes in a pan for 5-7 mins until slightly browned. Season well with salt and pepper.
- 2. Add the flour and cook for another 1 min. Add the stock cube and 1/2 mug water together with the Worcestershire sauce.
- 3. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 15 min until vegetables are tender.
- 4. Add the tofu or tuna and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 5. Add parsley and season well.
