Potato Salad

  • 1. Boil the new potatoes until cooked.
  • 2. In the meantime chop the spring onions finely.
  • 3. Run the potatoes under cold water when cooked and cut into small bite sized pieces.
  • 4. Mix the potato with the spring onion and mayonnaise and sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper to taste.
  • 5. Mix together and serve.
