Provencal Beef Stew

  • 1. Place beef in a slow cooker and add onion mushrooms garlic carrots and half the butter beans.
  • 2. Put the other half in a blender with 1/3 of the stock then puree.
  • 3. Add the blended mixture to the slow cooker along with the remaining stock tomatoes oregano dried thyme salt and pepper.
  • 4. Cover and cook on a high setting of the slow cooker for approx 6 - 7 hours.
